- Receive services through MamaRide Kenya's apps or websites requested by other account owners.
- Rent a vehicle through MamaRide Kenya Car Rentals.

Age or date of birth, gender (for Women Rider Preference feature)

Government-issued ID documents, user-submitted selfies
User Content

Trip/Order Information
Payment details, pickup/dropoff locations, distance traveled, items ordered

- Your driver receives your name, rating, and pickup/dropoff locations
- Restaurants receive your name and order information
- The owner of any MamaRide Kenya account you use

D. Data Retention and Deletion
MamaRide Kenya retains your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice. You may request account deletion through the Privacy menus in the MamaRide Kenya app.
We generally delete data within 90 days of an account deletion request, except where retention is necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, or compliance with legal requirements.

You can set or update your preferences regarding location data collection and sharing, emergency data sharing, and notifications in MamaRide Kenya's Privacy Center.
Location Data
You can enable/disable MamaRide Kenya's collection of your mobile device location data through your device settings.
Marketing Communications
You can choose whether MamaRide Kenya may send you marketing communications about our products and services.
Data Access and Portability
You can access your data, including your profile data and trip history, through the MamaRide Kenya apps or website.
Data Deletion
You may request that MamaRide Kenya delete your account through our Privacy Center.
